The report provided an update on the phased approach to on-street parking management across the borough and focused on the detail of the Phase 6b and the on-street parking changes arising from the ongoing West Malling Parking Review. The report set out details of the responses received to the formal consultations and advised which proposals should be implemented, amended or abandoned.
Following consideration by the Joint Transportation Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that:
1) the ‘Recommendation' stated for each location within Annex 1 (Phase 6b) to the report be endorsed; and
2) the ‘Recommendation' stated for each location within Annex 4 (West Malling Parking Review) to the report be endorsed.
Reasons: As set out in the report submitted to the Joint Transportation Board of 18 March 2013.
